How do I place an order?
Step 1: Pick the product range of your choice.

Step 5: Fill out your personal details required for the delivery of your order.

How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, from our logistics company.
How can I modify my address and phone number?
Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number cannot be modified. From the time we receive an order, our products are shipped out within a very short window, and once dispatched, cannot be modified.
Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the ‘Billing address’, and the address you wish to ship it to, as the ‘Shipping Address’.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship to countries outside India! However, we’re in the process of expanding across the international market.
Does Thyme have a store I can visit?
We don’t have a store as yet! However, we are available on our website, as well as across multiple e-commerce platforms, like Amazon and Flipkart.
I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?
Contact us, detailing the problem you have encountered. You can either email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care Executive will be happy to assist you.
What is the expected time period for a refund to be successful?
All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.
What is your standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. All orders are dispatched between 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your thymeorganic.com purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by thymeorganic.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
Are your products completely toxins-free?
Yes. Yes and thousand times yes. We firmly believe that nature-derived and toxin-free is the way forward today. We stand by our word of making products solely from a variety of naturally derived elements with no synthetic additives. We have FDA licenses, and our products are dermatologically tested, the results of which show that our products are as safe as water when applied to your hair and skin. Furthermore, all our ingredients are listed on our website for your reference.
