Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number cannot be modified. From the time we receive an order, our products are shipped out within a very short window, and once dispatched, cannot be modified.
Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the ‘Billing address’, and the address you wish to ship it to, as the ‘Shipping Address’.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship to countries outside India! However, we’re in the process of expanding across the international market.
We don’t have a store as yet! However, we are available on our website, as well as across multiple e-commerce platforms, like Amazon, Flipkart and BigBasket.

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.
You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.
Our standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. All orders are dispatched between 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your thymeorganic.com purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by thymeorganic.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
