ABOUT THYME ORGANIC
THYME ORGANIC which operates from the website Thymeorganic.com, hereinafter referred to as ‘Site’, provides various health-care, skin-care, hair-care and personal-care products for order and may include other informational as well as educational services that promote a healthy lifestyle such as articles, blog posts along with other engaging content. This website is designed as a portal to access the information about our products & services and to purchase the products and in the future may provide additional related services and facilities.
All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case the product(s) delivered is in defective condition/damaged. In case of any such experience, the user is expected to get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email (email@example.com). If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which further implies that we can’t accept responsibility for the damages. During this period, the user should not discard the damaged item and its packaging. In order to avail a refund, the user is expected to return the damaged product the same way it was delivered along with all its original tags, labels and proof of purchase. After proper verification and approval of the refund, the approved refund credits will be processed in 15 Working Days in the Original Mode of Payment.
THYME ORGANIC’s employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.
- Pricing: All the products will be sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.

- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by THYME ORGANIC for re-delivery shall be claimed from you – the user.

THYME ORGANIC reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Thyme Organic has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
