This website is designed as a portal to access the information about our products & services and to purchase the products and in the future may provide additional related services and facilities.




All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case the product(s) delivered is in defective condition/damaged. In case of any such experience, the user is expected to get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email ( If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which further implies that we can’t accept responsibility for the damages. During this period, the user should not discard the damaged item and its packaging. In order to avail a refund, the user is expected to return the damaged product the same way it was delivered along with all its original tags, labels and proof of purchase. After proper verification and approval of the refund, the approved refund credits will be processed in 15 Working Days in the Original Mode of Payment.




THYME ORGANIC’s employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.
