Thyme Organic’s Charcoal Matcha Face Wash is a deep cleansing face wash that is gentle on your skin. Activated charcoal draws out toxins, chemicals, bacteria, dirt and other impurities to the surface of the skin from clogged pores – leaving skin clean and fresh. Matcha Green Tea present in the face wash helps in absorbing oils, diminishing signs of ageing, reducing puffiness and eliminating toxins. The anti-inflammatory properties in Peruvian Pink Pepper and Lavender Extract helps in reviving skin tone and soothing the skin. Carrot Extract keeps the skin hydrated and Menthol calms & refreshes the skin.

All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case the product(s) delivered is in defective condition/damaged. In case of any such experience, the user is expected to get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which further implies that we can’t accept responsibility for the damages. During this period, the user should not discard the damaged item and its packaging. In order to avail a refund, the user is expected to return the damaged product the same way it was delivered along with all its original tags, labels and proof of purchase. After proper verification and approval of the refund, the approved refund credits will be processed in 15 Working Days in the Original Mode of Payment.
